Eggs & Pinto Beans
Good fiber, good protein
6 extra large eggs
1 can of pinto beans in chili sauce
A little pad of butter
A lot of Cholula Hot Sauce
Start the beans in a small saucepan on medium heat.
Crack & whisk eggs thoroughly
Turn beans down to low once they reach a boil
Melt the pad of butter in a skillet on medium heat and coat pan well.
Pour scrambled eggs in and cook to your liking.
Drain beans and serve with scrambled eggs, dressed with a lot of Cholula Hot Sauce
