Eggs & Pinto Beans

Good fiber, good protein

  • 6 extra large eggs

  • 1 can of pinto beans in chili sauce

  • A little pad of butter

  • A lot of Cholula Hot Sauce

  1. Start the beans in a small saucepan on medium heat.

  2. Crack & whisk eggs thoroughly

  3. Turn beans down to low once they reach a boil

  4. Melt the pad of butter in a skillet on medium heat and coat pan well.

  5. Pour scrambled eggs in and cook to your liking.

  6. Drain beans and serve with scrambled eggs, dressed with a lot of Cholula Hot Sauce
